- Do I need an engineer?
- For anchor or pier systems, yes — and we coordinate that as part of the scope. You get the engineering behind the fix, not just our word for it.
- Can you fix a bowing wall without replacing it?
- In most cases, yes. Carbon fiber or steel anchors stop the movement and can straighten a wall over time. Full replacement is only for walls that have failed beyond stabilizing.
