Questions

Straight answers.

How long does waterproofing take?
Most interior drain tile jobs finish in 1–3 days depending on the length of wall affected. The exact timeline is in the written scope before we start.
Will you need to dig up my yard?
No — interior drain tile is installed from inside the basement, along the footing, under the slab. Nothing outside gets disturbed.
What's the difference between interior and exterior waterproofing?
Exterior seals the outside of the foundation before water reaches the wall; interior manages water that's already gotten in and gives it a controlled path out. We'll tell you honestly which one your situation needs — sometimes it's both.
