Sheet A — Full scope of work
Every job starts the same way — someone walks the site and finds where the problem is actually coming from. What happens next depends on what we find. Here is the full range of what we do.
Before you call anyone else

Interior drain tile, a sealed sump basin, and a wall vapor barrier. Water gets a path out instead of a path in.
Cracked, bowing, or settling walls stabilized properly — carbon fiber straps, wall anchors, or piers, depending on what the wall is actually doing.

Heavy liner across the floor and up the piers, sealed rim joist, and a dehumidifier sized for the space.

Contained removal and antimicrobial treatment — plus the moisture source that grew it. Cleaning without the second half is a temporary result.

Pump and battery backup installation, discharge lines that will not freeze, and exterior grading that moves water away from the house.
Once it is genuinely dry, we build it out — framing, insulation, flooring, and finishes over a foundation you can trust.
Free estimate · No obligation
Standing water, a hairline crack that keeps growing, a smell that will not leave — describe it and we will schedule someone to look at it. Most estimates go out within a few days of the call.
