- Can you work on a rowhome with no side access?
- Yes — nearly all of our Baltimore City work is interior drain tile for exactly this reason. It's installed from inside the basement, so a shared party wall or no side yard doesn't change the approach.
- Does an old fieldstone foundation change the fix?
- It changes the diagnosis, not necessarily the fix. Fieldstone and rubble foundations move water differently than poured concrete, and we account for that before pricing anything.
